There are few habits that will benefit your marriage more than making time in the scriptures a daily habit, both individually and as a 5 spending time in Gods word couple. In fact, it may be the single most important thing you can do to improve your marriage. There is no one right way to study the scriptures, but here are a few tips that help us: Find time to study alone and together each day Study for time, not for pages, and try to allocate a meaningful amount of time each day Begin and end with a prayer. Start with a question. As you find answers, ask more questions. Keep a journal and write down your thoughts as you read. Make an action plan. Decide what youre going to do because of what you learn. Live what you learn. Create a pattern of learning, living, and learning more. Be consistent and keep at it. You may not see an immediate change, but that change will come. Read more
