She also completed a doctoral program in public health. Grace opened her practice in 1993 in her hometown of Chicago, and her patients include many individuals with special medical conditions who use her expertise to address their most common eating disorders. With nearly three decades of hands-on experience with her patients, Grace has perfected her craft and has successfully helped change people's lives for the better. She aims to educate consumers by translating the science of highly effective diet programs into practical guides and cookbooks. Her mission is to help as many people as possible through her systematized diet programs, which she shares through her books with her readers.
