Barbara Marie Gargiulo had a near-death experience when she was 29-years-old. She died on an operating table and met with Jesus. She says He sent her back into her body, back to her life here with her husband and children to begin a healing ministry of prayer with the sick and the dying. Barbara’s near-death experience is not without purpose; though it is a cool story, it’s not just a cool story. The truth within it is remarkable and is meant to be shared. God is already using it to bless many, to bring people to a saving knowledge of the afterlife and Jesus Christ through her private prayer meetings, public prayer meetings, and speaking engagements. Barbara was given a message from God about how to live here on earth with eternity in mind, how to serve God with joy through even the tiniest of tasks in our everyday lives. Barbara says, though personal relationship with Jesus Christ is the only way to Heaven, our attitudes and actions, words and service are definitely noticed by God and they do matter.
