They are great to give away as gifts for Christmas everyone loves a robin! and I have made lots of them over the years. Carpet Bag This bag was inspired by a very old carpet-style bag I bought at an antique fair about thirty years ago. The bag was too shabby to use, but I just loved its shape and style. It is quite simple to make: it is hooked in one piece and then the front is folded over and stitched around the edge to make the bag. Read more
