He thought that was a silly use of technology. So, he decided to become a TV star to help kids. After working on other peoples shows, he started his own Together, with a team of people, Fred came up with a show called The Childrens Corner. A woman named Josie Carey would sing while Fred played the piano. Fred filled in any extra time they had with his puppets. Then came Mister Rogers Neighborhood Mister Rogers talked in a slow, calm way that welcomed children to his Neighborhood of Make-Believe, puppetry, and interesting visitors.
