**Please note: This PDF booklet is intended to be a companion guide to our Spring/Summer 2022 Weight Loss Support Group, which is hosted on Facebook. In doing so, we have put together this booklet containing the instructional information which will be posted in the Spring/Summer 2022 Weight Loss Group week to week. Please keep in mind this booklet does NOT contain all of the information and posts, so you will need to check into the Group day to day to review any newly added information and to watch the videos that go along with these posts. At the end of this document, you will find additional resources that may help in your journey. We have included 12 sample recipes that you can try. These are just to give you an idea of the types of foods you can have while on the Program. We have also included a Science Guide, which contains additional articles that go more in depth into the science behind the Program. Lastly, you will also find some tracking sheets that you can use to track your progress. The tracking sheets will help you pick up on patterns of behaviour and how your body is responding to the changes you are making day to day. Gina has spent over 25 years helping people lose weight in a healthy and sustainable way so they can move on with their lives and never have to worry about weight loss again.
